Passport Weekend is here!
Here is where you can get last minute tickets. If you have extra people joining your group, or need to purchase day-of passports, the price is $35 starting Saturday.
A limited quantity of 25 tickets is available, first come, first serve, at these 5 Passport Purchase Points:
Chico: Maisie Jane's California Sunshine Products, 1324 Dayton Rd., Chico CA 95928
Oroville: Butte College Environmental Horticultural Nursery, 3536 Butte Campus Dr. Oroville, CA 95965
Paradise: Noble Orchards, 7050 Pentz Rd., Paradise, CA 95969
Gridley: Harrison's California Chestnuts, 796 Keifer Ave., Gridley, CA 95948
Bangor: Spencer Shirey Wines, 6857 La Porte Rd., Bangor, CA 95914
There may also be some passports left at Tri Counties Bank branch locations in Butte County that are open until 6 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturdays. There is one branch inside Raley's on Esplanade in Chico that is also open on Sunday. See this link for a location nearest you.
You will pick up your wine glass at the first winery you visit. Your I.D. will be checked and you will also receive an "Over 21" wrist band. Please celebrate responsibly and remember to bring your glass with you on Sunday!
If you pre-ordered a ticket that comes with a Sierra Oro Farm Trail tote bag, you will pick up your tote bag at any of the 5 passport purchase locations listed above.
Boxed lunches will be available first come, first serve for $10 if you did not pre-order a lunch ticket online. The lunch stops are:
Lunch tickets are not transferable between days or places. So, if you purchased a Saturday lunch at Wagon Wheel, you will pick up your lunch at Wagon Wheel. Llano Seco will not be able to take your Wagon Wheel lunch ticket or vice versa.
Since the lunch stops are planning their quantities based on the lunch tickets sold, there will be no refunds on lunch tickets.
Sierra Oro Passport Weekend is Saturday and Sunday, October 7-8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. A passport opens the doors to amazing specialty farms and wineries. Participants can set their own pace as they explore a variety of the 34 farms and wineries along this year's Farm Trail.
