The Pedrozo family produces small batches of gouda-style farmstead cheeses made only with the milk from their 40 pasture-based cows. Bring along your favorite wine to pair with their award-winning cheeses, or bring the kids to visit the dairy, cheese plant and farm animals.

DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 32 W out of Chico. Turn left at 4-way stoplight in Hamilton City (by the high school and Mi Pueblito restaurant) onto Hwy 45. Follow Hwy 45 1.5 miles to Rd. 24. Turn right onto 24 and follow about 1 mile. Pedrozo Dairy & Cheese Co. is on the left-hand side of the road, between roads VV and V.
