DIRECTIONS: Tri-L Mandarin Ranch: Hwy 70 to Oro Dam Blvd. Exit towards Oroville. 2 miles to Olive Hwy. Right on Olive Hwy to Oakvale Ave. South on Oakvale Ave (rt turn) 1.5 miles past junction of Mt. Ida Rd. and Oakvale Ave. 200 yards south of junction to our entrance (on right side of roadway). Look for our signs!
