Family-owned since 1861, Llano Seco is one of the last Mexican land grants not broken up into smaller parcels and is roughly 18,000 acres. We work to conserve the natural beauty of the ranch and join forces with other groups to restore native grasslands, wetlands, oak savannas and riparian forests to preserve and grow the diversity of animal and plant life on the ranch. Since 2005, we have practiced farming and ranching in order to provide a tastier, healthier product for our customers and reduce the environmental impact on the land. Llano Seco Pork is the culmination of our goals to provide the most delicious product for our customers while caring for the people, animals and the land here on the ranch. Llano Seco responsibly raises pigs and cattle and produces heirloom beans and ancient grains.
